Veeraj Health Care is a hospital and healthcare project consultancy based in Rohtak, Haryana. How we work
Every engagement starts with the same three questions: what is the clinical intent, what are the real constraints, and what must be true for the project to succeed. Only then do we produce a plan.
We prefer written scope, written assumptions and clear review points. Hospital decisions get expensive when they are made verbally, under time pressure, without a record of what was agreed and why. Most of our recommendations are therefore documented so that they can be reviewed, challenged and handed over — not just received.

We are based in Rohtak, Haryana, India. We work with hospital projects across India — remotely for planning and documentation work, and on site for the stages that genuinely need to be walked through.
Do you work with new hospitals or only existing ones?
Both. A large part of our work starts before a building exists — feasibility, catchment analysis, business planning, capacity and detailed project reporting — and continues through design, equipment, recruitment, technology, accreditation and operations.
Do you only advise, or do you also execute?
Both. We can stay purely advisory where you already have a delivery team, or take on the execution and coordination of planning, procurement, installation and staffing.
How large a project do you take on?
That depends on the stage and the problem rather than on a fixed size. We are happy to review a single department, a single equipment requirement or a single accreditation gap as well as a full greenfield project.
